Small failures can block the next customer

You do not always need a new website. Sometimes the most valuable work is fixing the part that stopped doing its job.

  • A form, button, page or integration has stopped working.
  • An update broke the layout or created errors you cannot explain.
  • You need someone to handle technical changes and check the result.

From “it is broken” to a checked repair

We make the problem understandable, fix the agreed cause and test the result.

A targeted fix

We repair the agreed forms, links, redirects, mobile layouts or integrations. The work stays focused on the problem unless a wider change is needed to solve it.

Updates and performance work

We check platform requirements, apply agreed updates and address confirmed bottlenecks. Backups, monitoring and ongoing maintenance can be scoped separately.

A repair that has been checked

We test the affected journey and relevant connected functions. You get a record of the change, remaining limits and any sensible next steps.

A site that can do its job again

  • The agreed issue fixed and the affected journey tested.
  • A clear explanation of the repair and any remaining limitations.
  • Your changes documented, so the next update is easier to manage.

A clear way to get started

  1. Describe the problem

Send the site address and what goes wrong. A screenshot or steps to reproduce it help us understand the task.

  2. Agree the repair

We review the platform and access, explain the likely work and agree the estimate before changes.

  3. Fix and verify

We apply the repair, check the affected functions and hand over a short record of what changed.

Before you decide

Can you fix a website your team did not build?

Yes, if the platform and access allow it. We first review the setup and explain any limitations before agreeing the repair.

What information should I send?

The site address, the affected page, what you expected and what happens instead. A screenshot or steps to reproduce the error are useful. Access is arranged privately when needed.

Can you also maintain the website afterwards?

Yes. We can agree a schedule for updates, checks and support. The systems covered, responsibilities and response expectations are defined in that separate scope.

How quickly can you fix the problem?

Timing depends on the cause, access and size of the change. After the initial review, we agree an estimate and priority. We do not promise a repair time before understanding the issue.

What is not working on your website?

Send the address and a short description. We’ll work out what needs checking and the right repair scope.
